Britney Spears Sued
Something doesn’t smell right and maybe Britney Spears’ perfume line can stop the stench but that’s not likely now that the pop star is being sued by the Brand Sense Partners, LLC.
The company claims that Spears defrauded them and they’re going for a $10 million haul based on what they say happened after they matched Spears up with Elizabeth Arden.
They claim Spears made crazy money off of the deal and that they deserve 35% of her haul from the profits of the match up. The company is basically saying that after they hooked Spears up with Elizabeth Arden, she and her father got rid of the middle man, and cut a secretive deal on their own thus depriving Brand Sense Partners LLC of any piece of the action.
Spears’ perfume line is called Radiance, by the way, and with her hawking the product with her name on it you know every bubble gum chewer wearing lip gloss has run out and bought the stuff which is why Spears made such a killing and this company is suing her for their cut.
Of course TMZ broke the story and there’s sure more dirt to come.
