Lady Gaga Perfume: Blood & Semen Scent
Pop singer Lady GaGa recently announced that she would be creating and releasing her own signature fragrance, in order to join the other host of celebrities that have lent their names to specially created perfumes.
However, unlike the new signature scent from Kim Kardashian, or Reb’l Fleur by Rihanna, Lady GaGa will not be using fruits, flowers, spices, or musk to create a scent that embodies her.
According to a source close to the singer, GaGa has instead decided that she would be using bodily fluids for her smell. “Blood and semen,” is what the insider told Fashionista about the singer’s scent choices.
Many fans were not expecting a “normal” fragrance from the outlandish super star, however, the fact that she could be contemplating bodily fluids has still come as a shock to many.
Perhaps the artist is hoping that she will set a new trend, like she did with the meat dress that she wore to the MTV Video Music Awards last year, which was recently named the number one fashion statement of 2010 by Time Magazine.
According to reports, the singer signed a contract with Coty in order to develop the unusual fragrance, which will be released in Spring of 2012.
