Essie has a new Matte Finisher along with Sephora by OPI is selling six new limited-edition matte nail colors and Zoya’s limited-edition MatteVelvet collection will do the job also.
For best results here are the do’s and dont’s:

Do not use a top coat
Do wait few minutes for the first coat to dry before applying a second coat.
